This cabin has an eaves height of under 2.50 mtr and therefore should not require UK planning permission.
However, local conditions may prevail and it is always best to contact your local planning office before placing and order.

Cabin includes solid wood roof and solid wood floor boards 20 mm T&G.
Bitumen roofing felt (grey colour) is included.

Cabin comes not painted to any colour.
Base bearers are impregnated against rot (50 x 50 mm thickness).
Screws and installation instruction is included.

You wont need any extras to install it !
